Rich Spilky provides the neutral commentary in this after action report of a scenario that is on the ASL Open list. Hope you can learn something from this scenario analysis. You need boards 56,57,and 58 or look them up as VASL. Thanks to Mr. Waller you can hit the link to the Archives in the comments section and viola! Instant map viewing! That is so amazing!

Hi Guys!
Thanks for these extra episodes (Notice I did not fall into the trap of saying “Tanks for these episodes”. People mortor know better than saying silly things like that!)
Please keep these coming - they are really interesting, even if I do get a little lost from time to time.
Do you think that perhaps you could do a Start Kit extra episode for us newbies? I think that would be extremely helpful for us - especially as I tend to struggle with where to set up and why?
I know you guys are really busy, so if you could do one for us that would be awesome!!!
Thanks

I am so happy and relieved. Just about to do some work, I thought I would quickly check the 2 half squads and see if there was a new episode out. Imagine my joy to realise that there were 2 - episode 15 and Burial Mound. There was a sudden flurry of activity as I set about finding CDs to write them to. That work will still be there tomorrow - I live my life by that moto. Martin

You made the right choice to share this podcast. Good and bad games provide in-site into playing ASL. Rich sounds like a very knowledgeable player. I enjoyed this format where he gave another view of the setup and play. And Dave, I cannot believe that you did not remember to replace the 8-1 with a 10-0. Well, the truth is I never even knew you could do that. But thanks to your mistake and Rich’s observation I no know you could. Rich is there ever a time when you would not do this?
Comment on last episode: I play scenarios like Dave in that I play every scenario in order from the expansions that I purchase. Rich, I believe you MIGHT be missing out on something. I really feel that there are very few bad scenarios. But then again I am not very competitive and whether the scenario is balanced or not is not very important to me. I play my best on any given scenario and I just want to see how things play out. I could not imagine owning a scenario that I never played and missing out on the chance to experience it.

Hi Guys,
Compliments on the podcasts. They are great fun to listen to even for a long time player.
I like the scenario playrthoughs. It occurred to me that posting photos of the boards during play to your web site would be usefu, particulalrly at the points that you do the reports and assessments.
